Le pan bagnat niçois

Ingredients

Round baguette bread 
1 jar of black olive spread 
Green pepper 
Celery 
Tomato
Pink radish
Scallions
Basil 
Hard-boiled egg 
Tuna fish 
Anchovies 
Olive oil 
Jerez Vinegar 
Salt & pepper 

1 Cut the round baguette bread in half.

2 Spread the open side with the black olive spread.

3 Add all the ingredients

4 Close the round baguette bread.

5 Enjoy !
