Pickles
Iceberg lettuce
Red cabbage
White cabbage
1 Toast the bread and spread one slice with the Philadelphia.
2 Layer on the pickles, iceberg lettuce, red and white cabbage, then top with another slice of bread.
3 Spread with the eggplant dip and add the cucumber, pickles, iceberg lettuce, red and white cabbage.
4 Finish with the final slice of bread spread with the eggplant dip.
